So I’ve lost 22 pounds so far this year, and have 14 to go, but these few I’m working on now have been really quite stubborn and difficult. Maybe I need a Doctor Who workout. This one has ben going around the tumblrverse:

Then there’s this lovely Doctor Who Workout  via LiveJournal featuring exercises like the Sontaran Swing and the Dalek Ramp.

Also intriguing are this series of workouts inspired by events and characters in the Whoniverse by Fit Nerd Girl, who posts all sorts of geeky workouts.
